Payment is possible by online payment (credit card or bank transfer) or on site. All payments for the congress are made in Euro. Registration on site will be possible via credit card, ATM or cash Sunday evening and Monday morning. Later registrations will only be accepted via cash payment.
Cancellations performed prior to February 5, 2016 will be subject to a € 30,- administration fee. Cancellation after February 5, 2016 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee. VAT is not levied because the Graz University of Technology is not an entrepreneur in accordance with § 2 Abs. 3 ÖUStG (Austrian VAT law) and Art 9 of the European VAT Directive for the services rendered in this case. For this reason no VAT and no VAT identification number is stated on the invoice.
The Organising Committee does not accept liability for the correctness and completeness in respect to conference documentation and content. We will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the conference.
PASSPORT AND VISAS
All non-residents of the EU are required to have a valid passport. Participants should check regarding visa requirements for travel to Austria. Applications should be made to the nearest Austrian Embassy or Consulate as soon as possible.
