The best talk at the conference will be chosen by the scientific comittee and the session chairs. The prize money are 500€.
The best talk award will be presented during the closing ceremony on Wednesday, July 3rd 2019.
The best talk award is sponsored by Biosensors, an Open Access Journal by MDPI.
During the closing ceremony, conference Chair Torsten Mayr presented the award for the best talk to Thomas E. Winkler (KTH) for his talk „Continuous barrier integrity monitoring in a microphysiological human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC) model of the blood-brain-barrier (BBB)“.
